Aim and Objectives:
Policy Advocacy & Capacity Building: We advocate for pro-poor policies at all levels and focus on empowering communities through skill development and comprehensive master planning.
Sustainable Livelihood Initiatives: Our initiatives support holistic, sustainable livelihoods by collaborating for economic growth, social development, and environmental sustainability.
Collaboration & Networking: We foster collaborations with the government, financial institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to build networks aimed at upbuilding human resources and society for peace, prosperity, and communal harmony.

Health Initiatives- We provide specialized healthcare & free medical camps in rural regions to ensure essential medical services reach those in need.
Livelihood enhancement- Our focus lies in promoting sustainable farming, diversifying income sources, and planning for long-term horticulture.
Pilot Village Development- Our comprehensive master plan for Kingniu Village emphasizes biodiversity conservation, sustainable tribal livelihoods, and agro-ecotourism in Nagaland.
Market Development- We manage surplus food grain effectively and design innovative products from cane and bamboo for economic value addition.
